Our job shadow program gives prospective students the opportunity to experience what it’s like to be a student at Jolie Academy. Sit in on a few classes, watch advanced students practice their techniques in the student clinic and determine which of our programs best suits your future career goals. It’s a great way to explore our schools and discover what an exciting career in the beauty industry is all about!

Perhaps you’re certain about starting a career in the cosmetology industry, but aren’t sure whether you want to focus on hairstyling, nail esthetics or skin care. Through the Jolie Academy job shadow program, you’ll obtain a deeper understanding of our programs and their key areas of focus. This up close and personal look at our programs will not only give you a more thorough understand of our curriculum, but it will allow you to enroll with confidence knowing that you are headed towards a future career that is most in line with your interests and goals.

As a prospective student, you may job shadow for a half day or, if you want to explore a few different programs, a few full days. During this time, you’ll observe students in action as they learn through a combination of theoretical and hands-on experience – the same learning experiences you’ll have as a Jolie student. Before you leave for the day, we’ll even treat you to a complementary haircut and manicure, or facial!
